Welcome to Learn Musiq, the online website platform connecting students and teachers for music. These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator governing your interactions with and use of the Platform.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and, if applicable, the Terms of Use for Teachers and Teacher Applicants ("Teacher Terms") (which apply to any person seeking to teach lessons purchased and/or provided through the Platform), any other applicable terms including without limitation the Learn Musiq Privacy Policy, and any future modifications thereof, whether or not you become a "Teacher" by obtaining Operator’s approval and creating an account and/or Profile with the Platform to offer music lessons purchased and/or provided through the Platform, or a "Student". We are under no obligation to enforce the Agreement on your behalf against another user. While we encourage you to let us know if you believe another user has violated the Agreement, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS OF USE (AND THE PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS ALSO PART OF THE APPLICABLE TERMS). IF YOU ARE UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION, THEN PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND THE PRIVACY POLICY WITH YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. BY USING OR ACCESSING THIS SITE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU (OR YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN ON YOUR BEHALF IF YOU ARE A MINOR) HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE IN THEIR ENTIRETY, INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU, OR IN THE CASE THAT YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT(S) OR LEGAL GUARDIAN(S) DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THE TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SITE.
Any violation of this Agreement may be punished by refusing access to the Platform without limitation.
If you object to anything in this Agreement (including anything in our Privacy Policies or other applicable terms), you will be immediately terminated from the use of the Platform. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE ANY ASPECT OF THE PLATFORM AT ANY TIME. THIS AGREEMENT IS TERMINABLE AT ANY TIME BY EITHER PARTY (OPERATOR OR YOU) FOR ANY REASON. ANY LICENSE YOU GRANT THE OPERATOR THROUGH AN AGREEMENT WITH THE OPERATOR WILL SURVIVE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH THE OPERATOR. WITHOUT LIMITATION, SECTIONS 7, 9, AND 11-33 SHALL SURVIVE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT.
User Accounts. You must register/create an account and provide certain information about yourself to use some of the features that are offered through the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any reason. Your account is for your individual use only. You must provide complete and accurate information about yourself when creating your account. You may not impersonate someone else (e.g., adopt the identity of anyone other than yourself), create or use an account for anyone other than yourself, provide an email address other than your own, or create multiple accounts. You may not use a pseudonym. Please read the applicable Privacy Policy for information concerning how we handle your information.
Communications from Operator and other Users. By creating an account, you agree to receive certain communications in connection with the Platform. For example, you might receive a message from the operator inquiring about your teaching style or availability. You acknowledge and agree that Operator has access to and may review any message sent through the Platform's internal messaging service for any reason or no reason, and the Operator may use the information in such messages for any reason or no reason. You may receive marketing communications from Operator, and you can opt out of such communications.
All information like Aadhar cards, Pan card, and other certifications have to be submitted and the institute promises that the collected information will be kept confidential. Operator Materials and User Content.
Learn Musiq is henceforth referred to as COMPANY. Teachers and Students are referred to as USERS for this document. You hereby unequivocally give authorization and grant permission to the Company to record audio, video, and images during classes/courses and events that are conducted by the Company through its Platform and all related media channels to the extent required to improve services offered by the Company and as applicable for marketing and advertising purposes.
harasses or advocates harassment of another person have to pay a penalty of Rs 2,00,000 to 5,000,00 and the payment for the Teacher will not be paid from the company if the latter does so.
Terms & Conditions for Students:
Once students pay & enrol into courses, they will be assigned a tutor in less than 24hours and they can start their classes. All of these details would be available in the student dashboard
All classes are conducted by qualified teachers in their field of expertise.
Your punctuality is of the ultimate importance
You are strictly not allowed to get any contact information from the teachers and must not share the virtual link with any third party or non-registered students. If does so will be taken immediate measures from the academy
A Minimum internet speed of 20Mbps and devices are essential
Scheduling a lesson: A student may choose from the list of available classes. And can schedule it and if there are any particular preferences students shall contact the agent and share their preference details and also about the class schedule. A student may never contact a Teacher for scheduling the class it must be done only through the agent or email or WhatsApp.
A Student may schedule a Lesson up to 24 hours before the lesson time.
Cancellation of the class must be informed or given by appropriate notice 24 hours before the start of the class excluded only in time of emergency. The cancellation of a class will take place only in extreme circumstances. To request cancellation, please email or WhatsApp the provided number of contact or the agent
Rescheduling: Classes can be rescheduled with an Appropriate Notice at least 24 hours before the class is scheduled to occur. Students shall reschedule on their own using the provided platform.
One Month Discount would be provided to students who enrol and attend a Quarter[3-months] of courses with punctuality and track record. This offer is provided to help students keep up the consistency and improve their skillset.
Only one class can be compensated. Rest of the classed should neither be missed nor rescheduled.
Once you finish the already enrolled courses, the rest of the fee should be immediately paid. Else, you won’t be able to take up the classes.
A student once enrolled, would be added to a broadcast group and the email newsletter wherein they can get information about upcoming musical events, classes and other competitions.
All classes will be recorded for quality checking purposes.
The performance and homeworks of the students would be shared on the official social media pages of Learn Musiq which would further aid in professional development and work display of students as well.
Dress Code: It is essential for students to keep up with descent dress codes that doesn’t appear too revealing. This is put in place to ensure sancity in workspace.
If they are not comfortable with any particular teacher they are welcome to give their opinion and can change the teacher if needed also if the student is dissatisfied with the class or with the Teacher the Student should contact the agent via mail or WhatsApp and it will be rescheduled with the other tutor.
Adequate Equipment and Bandwidth: Students must use the Platform via electronic gadgets as informed by the academy only. Connectivity must be greater than or equal to 20 Mbps speed (upload and download speed)
If a Teacher is unable to provide a class due to inadequate hardware or bandwidth, the class for the student will be rescheduled on the other date
Payment: Students have to pay the fees via the mode recommended by the academy. They shall not have access to the videos for what they have not paid and only after the payment they will be able to access the videos and class
If the student regularly attends the session without any absence continuously for three months then he/she will be provided a discount
